Who We Are
Three Beans Farmers Market is under the MVP3 Foundation. We aim to work with local farmers and vendors to also help educated the community and give back! At our market we will be featuring upcoming or known musicians, artist and special events. We aim to help women, young adults and vets with our job creation programs. Costs & Info
Vendor fee is $100 per week. Vendors bring their own table, chairs and signage. We provide the marketing and promotions. It is recommended that you sign our talent and media release to b included in all media and filming, interviews and social media marketing. We encourage you to share our website and social media platforms and invite your customers to attend the market.
Requirements
All vendors must have proper business licenses , permits and insurance . Having your Shelby County Health Department permit is good for allowing public to sample your products. Your must have your own general liability and must sign our release form. Must fill out our application and submit for approval .
Music
Musicians that want to book a performance must be approved by our music supervisor. Please send your links and bio to our email and suggest the dates that you desire to perform.
Community
We're committed to protecting our planet for future generations. You must have your own type of garbage collection and can't liter in the lot or space. We are a family friendly event and there is no profanity. Only kindness allowed when communicating with the public on our property. Must follow all USDA and TN Health Requirements .
Community Development
We believe in the power of community. That's why we're working to develop and strengthen communities through our efforts. programs and mission. Volunteer opportunities are available to work the welcome table.
Set Up and Take Down
All vendors are responsible for the set up and take down. Set up begins at 7:30am and Take down begins at 3:00pm - All vendors must clean up their space and be fully evacuated by or before 5pm
