Governance & Transparency: The MVP3 Foundation is a Tennessee-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit. To ensure integrity for state grants and supplemental funding, we maintain the following standards:Headquarters & Expansion:Headquartered in TN, we serve communities through extensions in Mississippi, Illinois, and are expanding into additional states.

Fiscal Oversight: All state-specific fund accounting is managed by our CFO, Will Scott (The Money Spartans Financial Group). We guarantee that 100% of state-allocated funds stay within the state that awarded them.

Legal Independence: We are an independent nonprofit. We use the MVP3 trademark under license but maintain separate governance, boards, and accounting from all other entities.

MVP3 is a licensed, trademarked brand. MVP3 Foundation is a nonprofit organization and a separate legal entity from MVP3 Music Group, MVP3 Network, and MVP3 Media Group, which are for‑profit companies. Each entity is managed and governed independently, with its own leadership and finances, to ensure full legal and ethical compliance. The Foundation partners with these divisions, and with select outside brands, only when it aligns with its charitable mission—to create career pathways, community impact, and healing through the arts—while maintaining clear boundaries, transparency, and integrity in every collaboration.
